freshmen have become a threat. how awful.
to ensure that no freshmen (unless they're friggen incredible) make varsity over erin and i, we're making these resolutions.
1.) play as much as you can.
2.) become ambidextrous
3.) 5 personal work-outs per week (8 minute videos + running when possible)
4.) accuracy!
5.) do cradling tricks (lay down cradling, left and right, high and low)
6.) speed
7.) speed
8.) eat better
9.) speed
10.) speed
11.) speed
12.) speed
13.) speed
14.) speed
15.) play with anyone every weekend possible
